Eternal Strength Podcast explores and examines the courageous journey of human growth. Focusing on youth, we give voice to the radical pilgrimage of adolescence and young adulthood development. Eternal Strength seeks to carve a sacred space to walk with youth on their journey and better understand the challenges and adversity that arise along this path. Utilizing humanistic, person-centered and existential lenses of conceptualization, we explore a wide range of mental health challenges and arenas including: anxiety, depression, suicidality, self harm, substance use, addiction and many clinical diagnosis and categories, i.e. mood disorders, schizophrenia, and personality disorders, etc.Understanding youth development as a journey of growth, we explore and traverse many terrains of human existence including but not limited to: ego, identity, self, gender, sexuality, intimacy, relationships and spirituality.
