Welcome to this special edition of the Daybreak Collective Podcast. In this season, we take a look at the beginning of Daybreak Mission and also our connection to the cult Offspring Church, led by Pastor Calvin Pettigrew. We share about all we have learned through the severe spiritual abuse,  deeply examining it, and how to live out biblical leadership according to the ultimate authority on the matter: God's Word.

PART FIVE:
In this episode, we begin to tell the story of our relocation to Colorado to serve full time at Offspring Church in Pierce.  We had concerns about jumping into ministry immediately without having our home in order first, promises were made that were not honored and we began to see Calvin's pattern of dangling platforms in front of people, in order to ensure submissive lay leaders and attendees. In the next few episodes, we will begin to unpack the various types of malpractice that Calvin continues to conduct within the church.
