We're looking at social media this week and 4 areas that can make you feel less pink and things you can do to take control of that again
1) confirmation bias
2) comparisons and unrealistic baselines
3) FOMO
4) social isolation and loneliness
I love social media I think it has so much wonderful uses but also there is a downside to our online presence. unhealthy comparisons, people not disclosing things and not being real and honest. it can lead you down a path you didn't intend to go and can be hard reversing back from. Its helpful to remember that if the grass looks a lot greener than yours chances are its a filter doing it!
