This week has been the most stressful one of my life, and because of this its made me have a think about resilience and how some people have more of it than others.
Being resilient can help to maintain the pink however conversely not being resilient can lead to you losing your colour!
It cna be sometimes used against you however its very subjective and personal to each of us and our own experiences.
We talk about what it is, why it's important and how we can build it up. along with a bit of bigging up the ENT team over at Manchester Children's hospital and a bit of gushing admiration for the general NHS and the services it provides.
