On this weeks podcast we're looking at burnout. It came a bit of shock to me when I was researching that the main form of burnout people spoke about was occupational considering all the life factors people have on them that may cause burnout. We do touch on those other areas within the episode however the majority research was based on occupational burnout and what to do to identify it and get out of it.
I share my experience with burnout and some technique that can help to start to pull you out of it.
