My name is Susie Mordoh and I believe in the power of collective good so much so that I named my company, Greater Than We.

My approach to breaking things down into simple and easy nuggets (of love) has helped many clients over the years reduce their sense of overwhelm.

The foundation of Greater Than We began as a company focused on event planning and fundraising [and still runs LOTS of beautiful, successful, down right super fun events each year…GO TEAM!]

My philosophy has always been centered on the notion that when we raise each other up amazing things happen. 

Through speaking engagements, running workshops and mentoring, I help women reduce their overwhelm to achieve a better work-life balance. There is nothing better than watching the spark in their eye as they begin to shift their mindset…PURE MAGIC!

I BELIEVE everyone can have that spark in their eye [and I want to help make that happen]

In an industry that can have a language all its own, it is and my ability to understand them and translate the ideas and visions into reality that sets me apart from the others:

I BELIEVE when we co-create and collaborate our results become exponentially better [the work becomes creatively & inspirationally super charged]

I BELIEVE it’s important to raise each other up [we simply all have a need to be witnessed and supported]

I BELIEVE the universe has our back [and it wants us all to succeed]

Inspiration comes in many forms. Believe it or not,  one of my favorite quotes was read in a college bar (scribbled on a bathroom stall) and it still guides me today. That quote not only helped me through an Architecture and Economics degree, It helps me whenever I need focus. It reads ‘success doesn’t come from doing extraordinary things, it comes from doing ordinary things extraordinarily well’.
