The two discuss the importance of discovering what you do well, and helping others do the same. Well known for asking "what's right with you?" Brian differentiates between toxic positivity and taking a strengths-based approach to personal growth. Brian has spent the last twenty years as a Master Facilitator working with some of the biggest Neuroscience based consulting companies to deliver Leadership, Culture Change, and Emotional intelligence workshops to multi-national companies around the world. He is the author of the book "Experts of Our Potential" a book focused on changing how we view our own value. His Tedx Talk "What a Fifteen Year Old Meth Addict Taught Me About Leadership" has been seen by over 2.3 million people around the world. He lives in Boise with his Wife Jamie, who just happens to be a Transpersonal Counselor. They spend their time taking walks and doing behavioral experiments on their dogs Hank and Daisy.
