*PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED FOR MATURE CONTENT*   At 28, Jill’s life was a train wreck. Experiencing multiple traumas, she was addicted to crack cocaine and alcohol, she was down to 97 pounds and close to losing her life. An encounter with God after losing her job in San Diego she moved back to Chicago. She felt her life was hopeless, her health was a disaster, and she had no idea what to do next. Everything felt impossible. She showed up week after week at church and prayed to God asking Him to give her the resiliency to recover.  Jill believed that doing the hard work of digging into her story and connecting the dots of her own traumatic childhood would bring her the hope, health and healing she desired. The work and resiliency paid off.    Today she is passionate about spreading hope, health and healing to everyone she meets and encouraging people to look for the similarities in someone else’s life, instead of the differences.  Never give up! Move from being a victim to having victory in your life.   Jill Reynolds is the CEO and founder of Brave Heart Workshops, using her certification in meeting and event planning to create amazing events, conferences, retreats, and workshops. Jill is the host of “The Connection Show” inspiring hope, health, and healing.  She is a #1 international best-selling author in a collaborative book, “Fiercely Faithful” and her chapter is called “The Essence of Humility.” Both her book audience and at speaking engagements, she shares how to reconnect with what matters most in life, and be set free from embarrassment, humiliation, and shame.
