Our thankful thought for today is this: We all have flaws. Some of us are quite good at hiding them; others of us, not so much. However much we dislike the little ticks and idiosyncrasies about ourselves, we should learn to embrace them. These are the things that help to make us who we are. If we weren't flawed in some way, we would be perfect and probably useless to ourselves and to others. Flaws are little blessings that keep life interesting, help us stay humble, and should keep us grateful.

Our quote of thanks is from Steve Maraboli. He said, "I am so grateful for the many times God has shown me the mercy of not giving me what I want."

Our Bible verse of thanks is Lamentations 3:22-23. It reads, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
