Jacob was a beautiful, funny, cheeky little boy, who sadly had his life taken away from him when he was only 9-months-old. His stepdad confessed to Jacob's murder, failed a polygraph test and gave at least four conflicting statements about what had happened the day Jacob had died. 33 years later, Jacob still hasn't had any justice after having his life snatched away by this evil man.
