In today’s episode, Max and Dr. Alicia Claircius were joined by Bernd Mueller the Executive Chef and Owner of Mueller's F&E.  Mueller's F&E concentrates on assisting in launching hotels and restaurants with a focus on operational efficiency. Their aim is to help new restaurants establish consistency in their food quality - especially in diverse work environments.  

Bernd is a German native that has spent most of his life cooking. He's cooked for world leaders and dignitaries including Ronald Regan and George Bush Sr.
