Where did we ever get the idea that the trend was our friend?! Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing about the stock market is friendly. Sure, we attempt to exploit it to our profit, but under no circumstances should we fall asleep at the wheel and set it and forget it. Large drawdowns are not opportunities, they are holes to dig out of. Buyer beware.
