I have been cultivating the habit of completing an annual review for the last few years. I have grown to love the habit of intentionally sitting down to chart my progress and to plan for the upcoming years. I also take inventory of my life, list out my failures as well as weakness, so that I can be proactive about working on them, so that I can continually improve. Self- Reflection is key when you want to grow and level up.

Around 40–50% of Americans say they make New Year’s resolutions. Few are able to stick with their resolution. Without a strategy, resolutions merely reflect hopes and dreams, rather than realized outcomes.
