You will now arrive at Greenmarket Square. This square has quite a reputation; it has been a slave market, a fruit and vegetable market and a humbling parking lot.
Now Greenmarket Square is the place were you can find a range goods to buy. The flea market can offer you clothing, glassware, hand-painted fabrics, footwear, music, sunglasses and curios form all over Cape Town and Africa.
But Greenmarket Square is also not just a flea market; you can also find a lot of entertainment in the form of buskers, mime artists and jugglers, especially on Saturday mornings and other busy times. So take a time out to sit and watch people stroll around the square.
