We were passing through Gettysburg, PA on our way from the Baltimore area to Hershey, so we stopped to see what we could do with four hours in Gettysburg.
Truth be told, we've wanted to get to Gettysburg for a long time—and we've actually been quite close to it before—but we never quite realized where Gettysburg was geographically located until planning this trip.
So...what can be done with four hours in Gettysburg? Will we go back? And what is Gettysburg—why is it so important?
Listen in to find out! In our four hours, we visited the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor's Center (including the museum, cyclorama, and film), drove through part of the auto tour, spent some time in the Gettysburg National Cemetery, and drove around town to get a sense of the tourist options.
We hope you enjoy hearing about our time in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania!
