Body positivity is a topic I am new to, but I cannot say I have ever been more excited to upload an episode! Within this episode, I share my story of struggle with body image and give a look into my new way of seeing myself. My goal is to relate to those who feel the same way as I did and provide them with an alternative way of thinking and hope! God made you beautiful- just the way you are! It is time to start believing it and more importantly, living in that belief!
