Of all the questions I get on social media, two of the most common ones lately are all about my cold showers and why I do fasting days. 

I once heard Tom Bilyeu speak on the point that in order for confidence to truly grow, we not only must keep our word to ourselves, but those must be with the things we value and that deem as challenging. This is when I knew I needed to step up my game and lean into hard things.
