Combined we have 28 years of experience mentoring kids through Martial Arts. We’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly side of growing up. Even though we’re not parents ourselves (yet), we have helped and witnessed the amazing growth in some important aspects of growing up; confidence, respect, self-discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, and focus.
