His work on Joss Whedon's cult classic sci-fi television series "Firefly" made Alan Tudyk a regular fixture on the convention circuit. Now, the actor is looking to his own experiences making the rounds at cons and expos for his new web series, "Con Man," now streaming exclusively through Vimeo, Tudyk, who stars in and directed the series, recently discussed the project with us from London, where he's filming the 2016 release "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," Tudyk discussed his convention history and the behind-the-scenes process of creating "Con Man," which was funded earlier this year by a campaign on Indigogo that raised more than $3 million. The actor touched on everything from his voice work in the "Halo" video game franchise to his appearance in the awards season contender "Trumbo."
