Joy learns all about how ranch life and life on the east coast are wildly different and dives into the logistics of taking care of such a large operation. Annabel and her husband are 5th generation farmers and we talk about everything from how beef cattle are cared for daily, how farmers protect their land, and what it means to eat locally and seasonally.
