Dr. Knowlton has been researching the effects of animal agriculture on the environment for more than a decade and her research has helped to revolutionize how farmers feed their cows. In today's episode, we discuss all the things that people probably don't normally think about-like where their waste goes, what happens to their waste, how farmers deal with waste, why waste matter, and how antibiotics affect waste in both humans and cows.
