Don’t forget the good stuff. Stop and notice it. I think it’s good for the soul,never mind the body and the mind.

This week, my family and I were thrilled to attend one of ourkids’ prize-giving ceremonies at school. It was wonderful to see all these children being awarded prizes for everything from academic prowess, to sport to art, drama and music.

When you are grown up, you don’t have schools noticing your work and rewarding you so much and we don’t have academic years where we take stock.

So you have to do it yourself!
