Here are my notes:
- if you have something going on that isn’t related to the food you’re eating
- then changing diet isn’t going to fix your life
- food and diet have a massive impact on mental health
- low carb diets seem to be very good for mood issues
- but here’s the thing, if diet is taken care of, and something else is still not right, you might have to address the other issue
- if you hate your job, the diet is not going to fix that
- if you’re in a loveless relationship, diet doesn’t fix that
- if you don’t have respect and support from your family and friends, no amount of B12 can fix that
- no amount of ketones will fix that
- maybe a date night
- and Amy says, maybe an orgasm would help
- or multiple orgasms !
- physical touch, a hug, valuable interaction
- completely honest communication is important
- also, it’s okay to say no, you don’t have to be all things to all people
- maybe a psychologist or another professional would help
