Part 2 of our conversation about connecting chef and diner through food is on the plate for today. The House of Bah Foundation is a non-profit providing a path for immigrant chefs to establish their footing in Omaha and more than that is making far from Omaha flavors familiar to our city’s palate.

We have Chef Jamil Bah-Traore on the show who is the creator of House of Bah and culinary capstone MC Chef Brian O’Malley on the mics. I was the thankful recipient of plates from 10 chefs who put their hearts into their cuisine and connected people through food. At the same time these Chefs grew in knowledge and maintained tradition while adapting to the mindset of a Chef.  Remember delicious wins so…
