I wanted to record a quick podcast for you on the topic of thoughts. 

When it comes to anxiety, the goal isn't to trace all your fears back and understand their roots, the goal is to create space to release them. To see them as thoughts manifesting as intense emotions that are allowed to be changed, released, set free. Being in anxiety is being held captive by 1 very strong emotion, fear. And being human is about being able to feel and experience all the emotions.
