Michelle Dickinson is out to touch 10,000 lives in 2022 with her workshops, keynote talks, and individual 1:1 Resilience coaching.
She has been impacted by mental illness personally in that she suffered from depression, played the role of a caregiver to her bipolar mother, and went on to give a TED talk and write a book about loving her mentally ill mom. She also led a mental health ERG at her fortune 500 company.
Her work empowers people and preserves their emotional well-being – before they hit a crisis.
Her book Breaking Into My Life was written to help herself—along with the rest of us—better understand the world of mental illness. Her story of perseverance and triumph helps challenge and transform the “suffer in silence” dynamic, and makes mental illness more understood, treated and accepted.
Michelle is out to do her part to eliminate the stigma by normalizing the mental health conversation in workplaces and beyond. She partners with innovative leaders to bring her programs and mental health strategies to help them cultivate cultures of compassion for those living with or caring for those with mental illness.
Her Resilience Coaching and interactive workshops have made an impact by empowering thousands of lives during COVID-19 quarantine.
She helps leaders have the courage and confidence to support their staff if they suspect they may be struggling. With her "Resilience Roadmap", she equips people with daily micro changes they can apply to their lives to reclaim control of their well-being.
