The topic of being consistent is a great topic to get into that Feel Great energy regardless of what you are doing. This launches Allan and Matthew into an in depth conversation about where consistency shows up and how we can utilize that to create a great compound effect. It is important for us to be consistent in the actions that we are choosing.
