Author, radio presenter and coach Gemma Ray shares her stress story.

Having dealt with an unexpected loss and the pressures of work and home life Gemma felt the extreme effects of stress.  It forced a stop. A stop which she was able to use to go forward and find her 'mental 1st aid kit' and other techniques to ensure she didn't suffer in the same way ever again.

Listen in as we discuss methods on how to cope with stress including, but definitely NOT limited to car singing (cue Gloria Estefan) cold showers and partner intervention.
