We all have parts of ourselves that we like and those that we don't like,

seldom including things I have learnt in my own journey, our sense of self and our confidence, in who we are fluctuates with the changing conditions of our life.

In this fast changing emotional world we find ourselves in middle of deep waters not knowing how to swim, there is a vital need to find a stable source of Self Confidence, which is deeply connected to authentic acceptance of your heart as you are, for the good and the bad.
