In this episode I talk with Alex Brashears about her being a private money lender and being a limited partner for 16 units. As a military spouse she wanted to have location freedom, a business that can be done anywhere, anytime and works in combination with having a husband and kids. Being a private money lender fits her situation perfectly and now she helps other women to do the same.
