There's something so soothing about a show like this—though I don't know of another show like this. You might think that listening to recordings of ambient sound would fade into the background, but I find it's just the opposite: these recordings make me slow down and really pay attention. Afterwards, I find I'm more mindful of the world around me in my daily life.

These are some really great recordings. Very happy to see some more environmental recordings podcasts being made.
