This episode was inspired by a conversation that I had in the morning with a soul aligned sistar who has been in a situation similar to the one I share. The action driven Full Moon in Aries energy really fired me up to just express my truth as I was on the go (the beauty of technology). These toxic and unhealthy cycles that we sometimes get wrapped up in are just a reminder on the fact that we were never taught how to love and be loved unconditionally. We grow up neglecting our inner child and seeking for that love and external validation from outside from us when in reality, the only ones that can do that work for us is ourselves. Building a connection with ourselves: our inner self & our higher self because that self is the self that is connected to God (the Universe, Source, Spirit, etc. ). Loving and accepting ourselves unconditionally for all of our imperfections, flaws, and traumas because the Creator already loves and accepts us for who we are. 

It's not always easy diving deep within, acknowledging your behavior and where it stems from, and taking action to get through it. But you are not alone. I'm here for you, even if it's only through your device. ALWAYS feel free to reach out!
