Hearing that your spouse, best friend, or child has thyroid cancer or disease can be confusing. It can be terrifying. It can be hard to understand all that is going on inside of them during this time. In today’s episode, I wanted to talk about how important your thyroid and thyroid hormones are, and some things that will be so helpful for you and the survivor in your life you are supporting, whether you’re doing a great job or you have some room for improvement.
