Sasha Wolff is the founder of Still I Run – Runners for Mental Health Awareness. Still I Run, a community of warriors promoting the benefits of running for mental health, was founded in 2016 after Sasha discovered the benefits of running after a brief hospitalization for depression and anxiety. Originally started as just a Facebook page and website, Still I Run is now a national non-profit with programming aimed at helping people overcome any barriers they may have when it comes to running for mental health. They also pride themselves as being a safe place for people to chat about their mental health journeys and their runs!
Sasha lives in Michigan with her husband, two daughters, and a son. In her “spare” time she runs for her mental health, enjoys Lake Michigan, and spends time with her family and friends.
