Death is one of the biggest fears for most people, but it's also a wonderful teacher. In this episode, I share different perspectives on how we might look at death from the yogic philosophy. Death can be seen as the ending of a cycle which allows us to appreciate and become more present of the now - which then liberates us from fear.
