"It's not the end of the world" - Swey Jitti #115

This episode, although focusing on the adversity of dealing with mental abuse (mother) and physical abuse (father) throughout her childhood years, displays one of hope, courage, strength and an incredible turnaround. What an incredibly resilient women Swey Jitti is, as she shares so openly her vulnerable story about her life growing up leading her to where she is today.

Having triumphed through dark days, that would have caused even the strongest amongst us to fold under, Swey went onto Cambridge University to perserevere with her dreams of achieving her goals and never letting the cards she was dealt, be an excuse.

Now an active mental health advocate, a coach, author and musician, Swey brings an impactful story live to find your voice which I am 100% positive you will all enjoy listening too.
