We talk with Courtney Bussard of the Journey to Limitless podcast about how she decided to take up the hoops, light them on fire, and find both fitness and fun in the flames. She recently received her certification for life coaching and now helps others find their joy and purpose in life and business.

Next week, we will be sitting down with Tom Morris of the Laust Saucecast – software developer, scuba diver, professional wrestler, sauce company owner (Laust Sauce), pilot, circus ringleader and performer, keyboardist… umm, there are like 14 other things I am probably forgetting, but let’s just say this guy has definite weird street cred. We talk about most of the things I mentioned, with a focus on professional wrestling, while I pander to him for free sauce.
