Mike Murrell is the owner and head instructor of The Cave Academy out of Pacifica, CA. He got his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in 2017 by Ralph Gracie and Kurt Osiander.  

In this episode Ramie and Mike talk about Mike's start with Martial Arts in Taekwondo, his love for Ninja Turtles, how martial arts gave him confidence in life and how he hopes to spread that same message through his academy.
