In the first episode of Fine Vines and Wine we get to know Emma Norbiato, chief winemaker at the amazing Calabria Family Wines in both Riverina and The Barossa. We hear how she worked in Italy at 21, won the Australian Women in Wine Award and gets to experiment and try new things when it comes to the wine making process. She believes that a bottle is made better by who you drink it with and the memory that is created.
