You can go to any gym and see progress, you can have any diet and see progress, you can life a fitness person's life with any circumstance. If that makes you angry to hear, you need to hear it. Your circumstances are not unique. They're uniquely yours, but they are not enough to stop you from doing the things to make you healthy and strong. What is your reason for eating? What is your reason for your routine? Is it making you better?
