"I was turned on to fishing by my mentor and soccer coach Mr. Curt Robertson of Olathe Kansas. What turned me on to fishing was due to a overwhelming crazy and stressful job in finance. I wanted to find a way to slow myself down and quiet my mind as I have always had a very active mind. I would see a problem and immediately have a way to solve it. So as you can imagine I was constantly busy and my mind wouldn’t calm down. So my love for fishing began as the perfect antidote to relaxing and quieting my mind and relieving stress."
