Join me as I learn the ins and outs of doing my first Spartan Race from registering for the event to mastering the spear throw, to learning about the Spartan Kids Foundation and that there are many different ways to be a Spartan racer! I'll introduce you to fellow first time racers, a 4 time trifecta athlete, a few elite racers, as well as a couple of special guests. If you've been thinking about doing a spartan race for a while- I hope this episode will help push you over the edge, and get you psyched to sign up.
