As you may know, I tend to obsess over being prepared when I travel. I want to make sure that I am always ready for anything on the road. In todays episode I share what I am packing for a multi city trip (CLE - AUS - CVG - LAS). I would love to hear from you and what you always have to have in your suitcase when you travel! These items help me to mitigate any issues that could pop up to take me away from my goals.

Before we jump into our topic, here is a weight loss update, at the beginning of 2019 my starting weight was 192, and my body fat was around 25%. As of today, my weight is hovering around 176  and my body fat is around 21%! 

This week I also had a significant #NSV that I am super proud of. When I started weight watchers at the beginning of January, I made a promise to myself that I would run 5k non stop before I turned 30. For the last 7 weeks I have been following a 5k training plan and I am happy to report that last Thursday I ran 5k non I hit 5k at a 10 minute mile pace!
