Indoor fitness classes, which often result in heavy breathing in poorly ventilated rooms, can be risky. So I wanted to talk to Ferian ( Ferah) about the difference between personal training right now at the gym, vs Group instructing. 

Ferian ( Ferah) is a group Instructor and she works at the gym as well as owns her own small online boutique called fitnessnbeyond. 

Ferian ( Ferah) Talks about how online has become the "BIG" workout for so many people and how others are missing the gym and the safety it brings. 

How will this world look in the years ahead? Will there be opens Gyms? Will be all go on line at some point? What should we do about it and how should we continue to be healthy with or without the gym!
