Fit Or Fucked at 40 Plus (FOFA40+) is a podcast aimed at blokes (BUT GIRLS ALSO WELCOME - Sshh!!) either closing in fast on their 40th birthday - already in their 40's - and those already on the other side! With a focus on health, sport, weight loss and weight gain, mental health, injuries, music, food - and silly stuff like TV programmes of the 70's and 80's, making camps and fires, crashing push bikes, and playing knock-down-ginger! There's also regular rants on the state of the world under the control of inept politicians and the various Governments - as well as a huge push-back against the WORLD OF WOKE which disrupts the way of life we used to know and love.Performance Coach, Pete Blay and Celebrity Trainer, Tim Blakeley cover all these subjects and topics every week and are joined on occasions by stars from sport and entertainment. And, in reference to the name of the Podcast, we are challenging you: 'Are you fit or do you feel fucked now you are in or around your 40's?'
