Today we're talking about feeling burnt out and what you can do that might help you the three top things that help me.
It's been a crazy six months for me personally. I have to say I've been really, really working my ass off. I have been working on multiple projects, launching multiple businesses and still looking after the current businesses.
These three things helped me stay motivated, even when I felt burnt out:

- I make time for "me-time"
