In this episode I’m talking about how I used to really struggle with sleep but through better habits I've improved both the quantity and quality of my sleep. The result being that I am a much nicer person to be around, I have more energy to exercise and I make better food choices. I'm sharing these habits and hopefully you find that they can help you sleep better too!

I've been a fitness professional for 15 years. I'm married with 2 young children and am also a primary school teacher. I work with busy women, both online and in-person, to improve their health and fitness. I teach a range of Pilates classes in my home studio just outside Portlaoise.
