After spending 20 years in the advertising and design industry, sitting at desk and overweight enough to make climbing a flight of stairs tiring, Andrew said to himself one day, "I'm tired of being tired." 

Armed with some graph paper, a love of table-top gaming and some odd ideas on how to make fitness "fun", Andrew started Nerdstrong in his garage in 2013. Since then, Nerdstrong has gone on to develop and deploy hundreds of gameplay-inspired workouts for thousands of fit nerds around the world.
