FUN RUN Session 3
Welcome to the fun run! This is a running workout series which you can take for your run to have a little bit structure and do something different than usual.
I recorded it as a pure experiment. I shared it with few people and they enjoyed so I am sharing this with you. The quality of this series should improve witch each next episode.
