Questions

  • Question #1: I have a beach vacation coming up in about a month, and I’d like to see my abs by then. I’m around 20-22% body-fat with a little bit of muscle & have only been consistent in the gym for about 2 months. Is this a realistic goal and, if so, how can I do it? (30:02)
  • Question #2: Should you weigh meat cooked or uncooked? (41:17)
  • Question #3: I have a hip/knee issue I’m dealing with. With this debilitation, I’m not able to do enough cardio each day. I have a bike I can ride for about 20min/day at a moderate pace. How effective is this vs actually walking? I’m still able to lift weights with modifications, but I can’t get those 10,000 steps in, so I’m looking for an alternative when I can’t walk any great distance. Any suggestions? (43:49)
  • Question #4: In honor of Valentine’s Day, how did you guys meet your girlfriends? (49:50)
